Employee Spotlight: Chris

We’re lucky to have such a dedicated and professional team here at Langenwalter. We love getting to know our customers, their families and their pets.  We thought it would be fun to tell you a little bit about our staff. This month we’re shining the spotlight on Chris Reinking. Chris has been with us going on 14 years as a field technician. His skills are unmatched in the industry and he has the incredible ability to remember everything about every job he has done.

Chris can tackle just about any stain or damage he is presented with, but his real specialty is his dedication to his customers. “My favorite thing about my job is the people I meet.”

“I love seeing the completion of each job and how amazed my customers are when the stains they thought were permanent are gone and the carpet looks great!”

Chris is an integral part of the Langenwalter team, when asked what his favorite thing about working at Langenwalter is he said “Our entire staff, we’re a really close knit team. All of us have been with Langenwalter for years so you get to know everyone personally.”

Chris can work on every carpet problem, but his specialty is tackling pet stains and odor. When asked what makes him stay with Langenwalter he said “I have the ability to better myself here, I like the people I work with and we guarantee our work. Not a lot of other companies do that – we are in the customer service business as much as the carpet cleaning industry.

Outside of work, Chris can usually be found relaxing and watching the Colts. We’re lucky to have Chris on board to tackle whatever carpet stains come his way. Stop in to refill your spotter bottle or give us a call when you need us to rescue your carpet!
