Your technician walks the rooms with you, inspects every spot you point out, and tells you what to expect.

Pre-treat, clean, extract
Traffic lanes and stains are pre-treated, then we rinse and extract with hot water from our truck-mounted machine. It stays in the van, so it's far more powerful than a portable unit and the noise stays outside.

Condition, protect, walk through
Every job finishes with a conditioner, a sanitizer and a protectant, all included in the price, ending with a walk-through with you. Carpet dries in 12 to 24 hours. We leave you a spot out bottle for unforeseen touch-ups, and we refill it for free next time we're out.

Our office is on 99th Street in Carmel, which puts most of Hamilton County minutes away and all of Indianapolis within an easy drive. We have cleaned in these communities since 1995. If you are just outside the list, call and ask. We are often already nearby.
